About the role
You will supervise mechanical installation on active plant sites — structural steel, tanks, pumps, piping and drives — coordinating crews, subcontractors and QA to deliver work safely and to schedule.
What you'll do
- Supervise mechanical installation crews on site
- Read and work from GA and fabrication drawings
- Coordinate lifting plans and equipment setting
- Maintain QA records, punch lists and daily progress reports
- Enforce site safety procedures and toolbox talks
What we're looking for
- Diploma or trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years supervising mechanical installation on mining or industrial sites
- Strong drawing interpretation and rigging knowledge
- Demonstrated safety leadership
