Process Engineer — Gold Processing
Design, optimise and commission CIP/CIL circuits for gold processing plants across East and Central Africa.

About the role
We are looking for a process engineer to take ownership of circuit design and plant performance across our gold processing projects. You will work from feasibility through to commissioning and steady-state optimisation, spending meaningful time on site alongside operations teams.
What you'll do
- Develop process flow diagrams and mass balances for CIP/CIL circuits
- Specify major equipment and review vendor submissions
- Run metallurgical test work programmes and interpret results
- Support commissioning, ramp-up and operator training on site
- Troubleshoot recovery and throughput issues on operating plants
What we're looking for
- BEng/BSc in Chemical, Metallurgical or Process Engineering
- 3+ years in gold processing or mineral processing operations
- Working knowledge of CIP/CIL, elution and gold room practice
- Comfortable with extended site rotations
- ERB registration or eligibility is an advantage
